So that your insurance cover performs as expected, please keep in mind the following procedures:

On checking in for your appointment, please provide our receptionist with your insurance details if you have not already done so. Our staff will verify your coverage and deductible status.

Every attempt will be made to verify your insurance benefits and eligibility prior to your appointment. In the event that we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. You will be given paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

All deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances and unpaid balances are due prior to seeing the doctor. Unpaid balances are subject to a Ksh 1,000 billing fee.
